Changeable Reader Board

Reader boards have been around for a long time because they are simple to use and inexpensive.  ILM now offers a light box with changeable copy.  They are a great interior solution for retail displays.  Reader boards are an extremely powerful marking tool.  It’s a great way to communicate to the customer and keep your message fresh and engaging.  The changeable letters can be edited by almost anyone. 

Reader boards are a perfect fit with our fast paced world.  Attention spans have shortened and customer’s are in a hurry.  If they can’t read and comprehend the message quickly they will move on.  Make sure the size is easily visible for a quick glance.  A recent article in the WSJ said people were shortening text messages down to a couple of words or a single emoticon.  Edit your copy until only the meaning/message remains.  Remember to have fun with your message. The next time you are designing a retail display consider incorporating a reader board.  It’s unique and eye catching!
